A 2-mile beach on the north end of Key Biscayne — calm, shallow water shielded by a long sandbar, thirteen elevated lifeguard towers, and the Crandon Park Family Amusement Center (an old carousel) on the bayside. Parking is right at the sand; the park also has tennis (former Miami Open site), golf, and a marina.
